Tandurkey Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
1 packet Gourmet India Whole Wheat Tandoori Naan
1-1/2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
6 slices smoked turkey breast
1 roma tomato sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cups mixed salad greens
2 ounces crumble feta cheese
1 avocado - peeled, pitted and sliced

DIRECTIONS
Split Naan's to create even sides for sandwich.
Toss together mixed salad greens, crumbled feta and olive oil,
set aside. Arrange the sliced turkey on one side of Naan.
Place avocado and tomato slices over the turkey. Pile on the salad greens mixture.
Stir crushed garlic into mayonnaise.
Finish by spreading mayonnaise mixture on remaining slice of Naan, place on top
