If you don't split Pocket Pita correctly it can tear thus making it impossible to stuff with your favorite things. Naan does not have a “pocket” making it much easier for stuffing, because its thick crust makes it perfect for wraps. Pocket Pita is thin, stales quickly, is very dry, and cannot hold up to many sauces and fillings unlike Naan which is thick, stays moist and fresh for days, and can be filled and topped with an abundance of meats, veggies, and sauces. Naan can also be prepared in a variety of ways, including stovetop, conventional oven, barbeque grill, and toaster oven--no pocket pita can compare.
